Conrad Stevenson's Paranormal P.I. is a first person, single player ghost hunting simulation that takes an honest approach to paranormal investigation, rewarding players who are patient, observant, and methodical.

You play as Conrad Stevenson, an unusually calm paranormal investigator who has recently opened an office in his hometown of New Eidolon, hoping to build a successful investigation business.

As you complete cases, new clients will contact you seeking help with their paranormal concerns. Every location has its own history and is haunted by one or more unique spirits. To complete an investigation successfully, you must gather enough evidence to satisfy the property owners while uncovering each ghost's past and discovering why it still lingers.

During each investigation, you'll use the same types of equipment employed by real world paranormal investigators. These tools help you locate paranormal activity, narrow your search, and gradually collect evidence throughout the property.

In a future update, once enough evidence has been gathered, players will use Trigger Items to help spirits find closure. If a location is infested by a demon, Conrad will perform an exorcism to remove the entity. Afterward, the haunted relic connected to the case will be added to Conrad's museum back at his office.

You can conclude an investigation at any time and return to your office to review your findings. Many hauntings require multiple visits before enough evidence can be collected to fully understand what is happening. Sometimes your first few nights at a location produce very little activity, and that's perfectly normal. Gather what you can, head back to the office, and return another night to continue the investigation.
